are talking about is when they are only using 1 speed and have no controller to make a soft start, so they are kicking the fan immediately to high which is very difficult on our system. I intially hooked my Sho fan that way and burned up the fuse that came from the failed R&D Ultimate Cooling kit offered through Z1, rewired with the big amp Flex-a-lite controller, 10 gage wire and a 45amp fuse block, works flawless. Anyways, amazing work Woody, thanks for the contribution, I like the fact that you got the stock Volvo system to run both Hi and Low.
